At WebCraftera LLP, all services are custom, digital, and time-based. This policy explains refund eligibility by service type, ensuring clarity before payment.

By purchasing any service, you agree to this Refund Policy in full.

1. General Refund Rules

  • All payments are processed via Razorpay or PayPal
  • Refunds are limited and evaluated on a case-by-case basis
  • Once work begins, refunds are not guaranteed
  • Third-party costs are strictly non-refundable

2. WordPress Development & Website Design

Includes: Business websites, blogs, eCommerce, redesigns

Refund Eligible

  • Project not started
  • Duplicate or accidental payment
  • Service cannot be delivered due to WebCraftera LLP

Non-Refundable

  • Work has started
  • Design drafts, layouts, or code shared
  • Client delays or scope changes
  • Change of mind after kickoff

Advance & milestone payments are non-refundable once the phase begins.

3. Website Speed Optimization Services

Includes: Core Web Vitals optimization, performance tuning

Refund Eligible

  • No optimization work has begun
  • Technical limitations prevent service delivery

Non-Refundable

  • Optimization tasks executed
  • Improvements delivered or attempted
  • Results affected by hosting, themes, plugins, or third-party factors

Performance improvements depend on multiple variables and specific speed scores or rankings are not guaranteed.

4. Website Migration Services

Includes: Hosting, domain, platform, or server migration

Refund Eligible

  • Migration not initiated
  • Technical incompatibility prevents execution

Non-Refundable

  • Migration process started
  • Files or databases transferred
  • DNS changes initiated

Once migration begins, the service is non-refundable due to operational risk and resource allocation.

5. Maintenance, Support & Retainer Services

Includes: Monthly support, updates, monitoring, fixes

Refund Eligible

  • None after service period begins

Non-Refundable

  • Partially used service periods
  • Unused hours or support requests

Clients may cancel future billing with prior written notice.

6. Consultation & One-Time Services

Includes: Audits, strategy calls, technical consultations

Refund Eligible

  • Consultation not yet delivered
  • Duplicate payment

Non-Refundable

  • Session completed or partially delivered
  • Written recommendations shared

7. Third-Party Costs (No Exceptions)

The following are never refundable:

  • Domain registrations
  • Hosting services
  • Paid plugins, themes, licenses
  • API, tools, or platform fees

These are billed directly or indirectly through third-party providers.

8. Razorpay & PayPal Refund Handling

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Gateway transaction and processing fees may be deducted
  • Refund timing depends on Razorpay, PayPal, and banking partners

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a Razorpay or PayPal dispute without first contacting us may result in:

  • Immediate service suspension
  • Termination of active projects
  • Submission of project records to the payment provider

We strongly encourage direct communication before raising disputes.

10. Taxes & Fees

Government taxes, currency conversion charges, and gateway fees are non-refundable, even when a refund is approved.

11. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date.
